STRAWBERRY DELIGHT DESSERT PIE

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter until well blended . Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Chill in freezer while you make the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.. Spread filling over crust. Place the strawberries in an even layer over filling. Prepare instant pudding as directed on package, but using only 3 1/2 cups milk. Spread prepared pudding over strawberries. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.

- Preheat oven to 450°. Unroll crust into a 9-in. pie plate; flute edge. Line crust with a double thickness of foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake on a lower oven rack until edge is lightly brown, 8-10 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake until bottom is golden brown, 3-6 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack., In a small saucepan, combine pudding mix, water and lemon juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened. Remove from the heat; set aside., In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Gradually stir in pudding. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until thickened. Fold in sliced strawberries. Transfer to crust., For topping, in another bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup whipped topping and vanilla until smooth. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Cut a small hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag; insert a medium star tip. Fill with topping. Pipe topping around edges of pie; garnish with whole strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Steps:
- Hull strawberries and slice in 1/4-inch thick slices, about 3 slices per strawberry.
- Mix whole milk, condensed milk, and pudding mix together in a bowl; condensed milk will sink to the bottom, so mix well. Fold in whipped topping without mixing too much.
- Layer a 9x13-inch baking pan with 1/2 of the wafer cookies, followed by 1/2 of the strawberries. Pour in 1/2 of the pudding mixture over top. Repeat with a second layer of wafers, strawberries, and pudding.
- Refrigerate to let dessert firm up before serving, 2 to 3 hours.

- Gently spread 1/2 cup of pie filling in crust.
- In large bowl beat milk and pudding mix with wire whisk for 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.) Whisk in whipped topping. Spread over pie filling in crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
- Spoon remaining pie filling on top. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.

- Wash strawberries and remove stem. Using an egg slicer, slice strawberries and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Set aside.
- Whisk together 3/4 cups sugar, flour, 2 large eggs and 4 egg yolks (save the egg whites for the meringue), and milk in a heavy sauce pan over medium-low heat, whisking constantly for 8 to 10 minutes or until it reaches the thickness of chilled pudding. (The mixture will just begin to bubble and will be thick enough to hold soft peaks when the whisk is lifted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Place a small amount of pudding mixture on bottom of pie crust. Drain syrup from strawberries. Place strawberries on top of pudding layer.
