1 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 cup water
1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and pecans. Pat onto a 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in whipped topping until blended. Spread over crust., For topping, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt in a small saucepan. Stir in water until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved., Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Place strawberries in a large bowl; add gelatin mixture and gently toss to coat. Spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup confectioners' sugar
½ cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
2 ½ cups strawberries, sliced
½ (2 ounce) package strawberry Danish dessert mix (e.g. Junket)
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour and confectioners' sugar. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture evenly into a 12 inch pizza pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and white sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries over cream cheese layer.
  • Combine custard mix and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour mixture over strawberry layer. Chill before serving.

¼ cup raw cashews, soaked (see tip, recipe intro)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon unsweetened, unflavored plant-based milk, such as almond, soy, cashew, or rice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Whole wheat flour, for dusting
1 recipe Homemade Oil-Free Pizza Dough
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
⅓ cup low-sugar strawberry preserves
Chopped fresh mint

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. In a small blender combine the first five ingredients (through vanilla). Cover and blend until smooth.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, allowing dough to rest as necessary during rolling if it won't hold its shape. Place crust on prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Spread cashew sauce over warm crust. Arrange strawberries over sauce. In a small bowl microwave strawberry preserves about 30 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle, stirring once. Drizzle over strawberries.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes more or until the crust begins to brown. Let cool on the pan on a wire rack about 20 minutes. Cut into wedges; sprinkle with mint.

1/4 c powdered sugar
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature(i use carton of spreadable cream cheese)
1 can(s) (21 oz) strawberry fruit filling

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Pat out cookie dough into a 10 inch circle on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-9 minutes until golden brown; cool.

1 cup powdered sugar
12 ounces Cool Whip (can also use 16 oz)
1 (8 ounce) package strawberry glaze (unsure if this is the exact oz. of the continer, can find by strawberries in produce sections)
1 quart strawberry, sliced to look like discs so they will lay on the top of the pizza

Steps:

  • Crust: Mix butter, powdered sugar (1/2 cup), flour - form into a ball, spread onto a pizza pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. Keep an eye on the crust while cooking - you don't want to over cook it. Remove the crust when it is golden.
  • Topping: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar (1 cup), and cool whip - preferrably using electric mixer. Spread this mixture over the crust after crust is cool.
  • On top of white topping, add entire container of glaze and top with sliced strawberries. (you can also mix the strawberries and glaze together and place it on top that way too.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • CRUST.
