Steps:
- Cream together cream cheese and white sugar in a bowl until smooth. Stir in sour cream, almond extract, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Fold remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and confectioners' sugar into thawed whipped topping in a separate bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Gently fold the whipped topping mixture into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Layer the bottom of a glass serving bowl with 1/4 angel food cake pieces. Top with 1/4 cream mixture and a layer of strawberries; continue layering three more times until all the cake and cream mixture is used. Finish with a layer of strawberries. Chill until ready to serve.

Found this handwritten recipe stuck in an old cookbook. I recognized it as one a coworker made and brought to an office birthday party years ago. Everybody had to have a copy of the recipe because it was really delicious! SO EASY & QUICK to make as I just discovered! This recipe can be made in a 9x13 inch pan instead of a trifle...

Steps:
- 1. Mix powdered sugar, milk, Cool Whip and sour cream together. Break up cake into small pieces and fold into Cool Whip mixture. Set aside.
- 2. Stir strawberries and glaze together. Set aside.
- 3. Either in a trifle bowl or 9X13 pan layer cake mixture and strawberries, beginning with cake mixture and ending with strawberry mixture.
- 4. Refrigerate until time to serve and leftovers.

- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter until well blended . Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Chill in freezer while you make the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.. Spread filling over crust. Place the strawberries in an even layer over filling. Prepare instant pudding as directed on package, but using only 3 1/2 cups milk. Spread prepared pudding over strawberries. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.

- In a large bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple and 1-1/2 cups whipped cream., Cut a 1-in. slice off the top of the cake; set aside. Carefully hollow out bottom of cake, leaving a 1-in. shell. Set aside 1/2 cup strawberry mixture. Fill tunnel in cake with remaining strawberry mixture; replace cake top. Spread remaining whipped cream over top and sides of cake. Spread reserved strawberry mixture over the top. Store in the refrigerator.
