STRAWBERRY BANANA PUDDING
This easy pudding parfait is layered with fresh slices of strawberries, bananas, and vanilla wafer cookies.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the milk and the vanilla pudding mix.
- Mix with a handheld mixer on medium speed for about two minutes.
- At this time the pudding should be thickened, so add in the sour cream and 8 oz of the whipped topping.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Grab your desired serving dish, and add a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- Next add some pudding followed by some sliced bananas & strawberries.
- Repeat the layers.
- Top the pudding off with a 8 oz of whipped topping.
- Decorate with the strawberry wafers, fresh strawberries, and sliced bananas.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Serve & enjoy!

- Rinse strawberries, pat dry. Slice half the strawberries, mix with confectioners sugar and set aside. Dice remaining strawberries place in separate bowl and set aside to top cake with. Place unwrapped Twinkies in a medium casserole dish. Mix pudding with milk, vanilla and heavy cream, and pour over Twinkies. Top with sliced strawberries, then top with whipped cream. Place diced strawberries on top of whipped cream, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
- Stir cake mix and pudding mix together in a large bowl to remove any large lumps. Stir in water, eggs, and oil, then stir in strawberries. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Run a table knife around the edges to loosen. Invert carefully onto a serving plate or cooling rack. Let cool, about 30 minutes.
- Combine powdered sugar, butter, and strawberry extract for icing in a bowl. Mix in just enough milk to make a spreadable paste.
- Pour icing over the cooled cake.

- Line the bottom of a 9-in. square pan with 4-1/2 graham crackers; set aside., In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Place banana slices in another small bowl; toss with lemon juice. Stir bananas and 1 cup strawberries into the pudding. I had a similar dessert at a cookout and fell in love with it. It's like the best banana pudding, strawberry short cake, cheesecake dessert EVER. The best part is it comes with very little guilt. To make it even less guilty try it with angel food cake.

Steps:
- Slice pound cake and layer on the bottom of a cake pan.
- Slice bananas and strawberries and layer slices on top of cake.
- Mix pudding mix & milk then pour over cake and fruit (best if you do this before it completely sets up).
- Top with cool whip.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (I perfer it to set over night) and enjoy.

- Whisk together granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a heavy saucepan. Whisk together egg yolks and half-and-half in a small bowl. Add to sugar mixture; whisk until smooth. Bring mixture just to a boil over medium, whisking constantly. Boil 1 more minute, whisking constantly; remove from heat. Add butter and zest; whisk until butter melts. Gradually whisk in juice just until blended. Fill a sink or large bowl halfway with ice. Pour custard mixture into a metal bowl; place bowl on ice. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until custard is cold and slightly thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Line the bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap, allowing 4 inches to extend over all sides. Place 9 graham cracker squares in a single layer in bottom of pan to form a large square. (Crackers will not completely cover bottom.) Place a layer of banana slices, with sides touching, on graham crackers; place a layer of strawberry slices on top of bananas. Spread half of custard on top of strawberries. Repeat layers once, beginning and ending with graham crackers. Pull excess plastic wrap at sides tightly over cake; chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Beat cream with an electric mixer on high speed until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until medium-soft peaks form. Spread on top of cake. Top with crumbled graham crackers and strawberry halves.
