Our Ranch Pinwheel Sandwiches recipe is a great finger food that's perfect for enjoying at home or taking along for lunch or BBQs!

1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix Packet
2 green onions
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
2¼ ounces ripe olives
4 flour tortillas
4 ounces chilies
4 ounces pimentos

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet and onions until blended. Spread on tortillas.
  • Blot dry pimientos, chilies and olives on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts of pimiento, chilies and olives over cream cheese mixture.
  • Roll tortillas tightly in Glad® Press'n Seal® . Chill at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1-inch pieces. Discard ends. Serve with spirals facing up.

These are wonderful snacks, great to serve at BBQ's...everyone will love these, and they are quite simple to prepare.

1 (1 ounce) package hidden valley original ranch dressing mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, minced
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix the first 3 ingredients.
  • Evenly divide, and spread the mixed mixture between the 4 the tortillas.
  • Drain the pimientos, chilies and olives, and blot on a paper towel to dry; mix the 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Roll the tortillas very tightly.
  • Chill for minimum of 2 hours.
  • Remove frome fridge; cut the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pieces (discard the ends if desired).
  • Serve with spirals facing upwards-- delicious!

1 large ripe avocado
1 lemon
4 large radishes, washed and peeled
1 small carrot, washed and peeled
3 sprigs fresh herbs, such as parsley, dill or cilantro
Three 10-inch whole-wheat flour tortillas
1 cup salad greens, rinsed and patted dry
4 ounces Monterey Jack or other cheese, grated
1 packet Hidden Valley(R) Original Ranch(R) Seasoning Mix

Steps:

  • Slice the avocado lengthwise and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado into a small bowl, and then use a fork to mash the avocado. Rinse the lemon and cut in half, removing the seeds. Squeeze a little lemon juice onto the avocado and stir. Grate the radishes, carrot and turnip, and add to the avocado.
  • Rinse the herbs and pluck the leaves. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces, and stir into the mashed avocado.
  • Warm 1 tortilla in a microwave 30 seconds, or longer if necessary, and place on a cutting board. Spread one-third of the mashed avocado over the center of the tortilla.
  • Layer with one-third of the greens and top with one-third of the cheese. Squeeze some more lemon juice over the filling.
  • Season lightly with 1/2 teaspoon of the Hidden Valley Ranch(r) Seasoning Mix. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Use a sharp knife to slice the wrap into 4 'pinwheels'. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and avocado mixture.
