PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY MIMOSAS

Steps:

• In champagne flutes, fill 1/4 full with pineapple juice and top off with champagne.
• Garnish with strawberry slice.

PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY MIMOSAS

Steps:

• Wash the strawberries and remove stems. Add 2 fresh strawberries to the bottom of a champagne flute and "muddle" (gently smash into the bottom of the glass).
• Pour in Champagne or Prosecco until the glass is about 2/3 full. Top with desired amount of pineapple juice.
• Garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple or strawberry.

Steps:

• Using a pitcher, mix orange and pineapple juice. Pour orange-pineapple mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with white wine. Serve immediately, garnished with strawberries, if desired.

STRAWBERRY MIMOSAS

Steps:

• Place half each of the strawberries and orange juice in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Press the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Repeat with remaining strawberries and orange juice. , Pour a scant 2/3 cup strawberry mixture into each champagne flute or wine glass. Top each with about 1/3 cup champagne. If desired, serve each with a strawberry and an orange slice.
