SPRINGBOK LIVER
Steps:
- 1. clean the liver and butterfly it. 2. roughly crush salt, berries,garlic and the pepper corns. and mix them with your chopped rosemary 3. once all mixed add your soy sauce and rub the liver 4. place the liver on the pork neck fat and roll it 5. set in the refridgerater for 5min to hold 6 in an non stick pan set the tempreture to high untill very hot 7. fry the tucked sides first and then the ends 8.roll it constally till golden brown 9. remove from heat and serve with mash and grilled greens
