Spinach Quiche With Bisquick Recipes

QUICK SPINACH QUICHE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
• Line two 9-inch pie plates with crusts. Cover crusts with a double layer of aluminum foil and a layer of pie weights or dried beans.
• Bake in the preheated oven until edge of crust is golden, about 10 minutes. Carefully remove the foil and weights; continue baking until the crust sets, about 5 minutes more. Let crusts cool briefly. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Sprinkle cheese, spinach, and onion evenly onto the crusts. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and divide evenly between the crusts.
• Bake in the center of the preheated oven until golden brown and firm in the centers, about 45 minutes.

SPINACH AND HAM QUICHE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
• Press spinach in an even, compact layer into the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
• Beat milk, ham, eggs, baking mix, onion, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese together in a bowl; pour over the spinach layer.
• Bake in preheated oven until quiche is set in the middle, 35 to 40 minutes.

BISQUICK CRUSTLESS SPINACH QUICHE

Steps:

• Saute the chopped onion with the sea salt in the olive oil until tender. Thaw and drain the frozen spinach-squeeze out all excess liquid. Add spinach to onion and add garlic and onion powders saute for a minute or two to incorporate the flavors then remove from the heat. In a blender, mix all remaining ingredients and blend until mixed well. Spray your dish ( I use a 9 inch pie plate) with cooking spray or butter it but add the extra calories. Spread the spinach mixture in the bottom of your baking dish then pour liquid mixture on top and stir slightly to mix all in. Bake at 325 F for 45-60 minutes, until a knife comes out clean. Be careful not to overcook. Serve room temperature. Great any time of the day especially for brunches. Makes a great quick dinner too if you have leftover quiche. Makes 6 servings.

BEST BISQUICK SPINACH QUICHE

Steps:

• Spray pam, Put first 4 ingredients in bottom of pie plate. Mix rest with mixer to pour over other ingredients. Bake 400℉ (200℃). for 35 minutes.

BISQUICK QUICHE

Steps:

• Spray large pie pan with Pam.
• Layer fried and crumbled bacon, spinach, red onion and cheeses. (You may also substitute with the Mexican blend of shredded cheese).
• If making ahead, cover and refrigerate.
• When ready to bake: prepare liquid mixture in a separate bowl by beating milk, eggs, Bisquick and pepper just until mixed well.
• Pour liquid mixture over layered ingredients.
• Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, uncovered, for approx 45 to 60 minutes. If getting too brown, cover with foil until done.
• Cool about 10 minutes before cutting (pie style).
