- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tbs Parmesan and next ingredients (through spinach) in a large bowl, and stir until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 c mozzarella and 2 tbs Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies. Use as a spread with turkey or chicken sandwiches.

Steps:
- In med. saucepan over low heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; saute 1 minute. Add milk and cheese, stir constantly until melted & well blended. Remove from heat; stir in mayo & sour cream. Fold in spinach. Return to low heat, add lemon juice & spices. Stir to blend well. Transfer to an ovenproof dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with more shredded cheese if desired. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
