- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Mix together the ground beef, soy sauce, sriracha, 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter (you can leave the peanut butter out of the patties if desired) and a pinch of pepper. Divide the beef in 12 balls and flatten each ball into a patty the size of the slider buns. Butter both halves of each bun. When the grill is medium high, place the patties on the grill and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the patties over with a spatula and cook until your desired doneness is reached. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on the top of each patty and close the grill lid. Remove the sliders to a plate and cover with foil. Grab the buttered slider buns and place cut side down on the grill for 1-2 minutes to toast them. Divide the remaining peanut butter among the 12 bottom buns, top each with a burger patty, slice of bacon, jalapenos, crispy fries and red onion. Drizzle with more sriracha, if desired. Cover with the top of the bun and serve immediately!

- In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter, 4 T (1/4 c) of scallions, cayenne, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, mayonnaise and bacon until mixture is combined well.
- Spread 1 tsp of mixture on each toast round, mounding it, and sprinkle tops with lemon.
- Preheat broiler.
- Broil in a jelly-roll pan, about 4 inches from heat, 1-2 minutes, or until puffed and golden.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides; grease paper., In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. - Dice bacon strips and fry until crispy; remove the bacon pieces & reserve 3 tablespoons bacon grease.
- Dice 1 onion (medium to large) and cook in the reserved bacon grease until onions are soft and translucent.
- Add 3 cups of chicken stock.
- Add 1 cup of half and half (can also use 2% milk).
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (more or less to taste).
- Add 1 teaspoon kosher salt (more or less to taste).
- Add 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter.
- Optional: toss the crispy bacon bits back in the soup pot (healthy? not in this kitchen! And it tastes so good.).
- Stir until combined and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If you like a creamy soup, you can use a stick blender on this to blend in the onions.
- Serve hot, with an optional garnish of chopped green onions.

- Mix ground beef, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl until evenly blended. Form beef mixture into 6 4-inch wide patties. Transfer patties to a large plate and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until patties are slightly firm, about 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
