Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg yolks, jalapeno peppers, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix to form a paste. Shape into balls and roll in bread crumbs until breading is about 1/4 inch thick. Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm or freeze in a resealable plastic bag for later.

JALAPENO BITES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan, jalapenos and egg to form a paste. Shape into balls using about 1/2 tablespoon of paste for each. Roll the balls in the breadcrumbs. Place on an un-greased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.

- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Mix cream cheese spread and cheddar until blended.
- Flatten bread slices with rolling pin; spread with butter. Turn over; spread with cream cheese mixture. Roll up tightly. Cut in half. Roll, 1 piece at a time, in Parmesan until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 12 to 14 min. or until golden brown.
