BEEF NACHO PIE

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes., Meanwhile, separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place in a greased 9-in. pie plate with points toward the center. Press onto the bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations., Sprinkle 1 cup chips over crust. Top with meat mixture. Carefully spread sour cream over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining chips. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

QUICK CRESCENT TACO PIE
A quick meal the kids will love! Serve it in wedges topped with shredded lettuce and avocado slices. Delicious! Ground chuck is recommended for this recipe.

- In a large fry pan, brown the ground chuck. Drain off the oil. Stir in seasoning mix, water, and olives. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in an ungreased 10-inch pie pan, pressing to form a crust. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips over the bottom of crust. Spoon meat mixture over crust and corn chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture, and cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips over the top.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Beat the cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Unroll the cans of crescent roll dough, and use a rolling pin to shape each piece into 9x13 inch rectangles. Press one piece into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture into the baking dish, then cover with the remaining piece of crescent dough. Stir together 3/4 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Dot the mixture over the top of the cheesecake.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crescent dough has puffed and turned golden brown, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into 12 squares.

SOUTHWEST CRESCENT PIE
Quick and easy. I usually have these ingredients on hand so on busy days, this is one of the fast dinners that I throw together. It's adaptable and still comes out well. If I don't have the mexicorn, I use frozen corn. I use any type of canned beans that I have in the pantry. You can chop a few jalapenos to make it hotter if that's what you like. We top each serving with chopped tomatoes, onions and sour cream.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking up into 3/4 inch crumbles. Drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, corn, cumin, garlic, water and bullion cube. Bring to a boil. Cook about 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Line 9-inch pie plate with dough triangles, placing narrow tips toward center. Firmly press edges of dough together to form crust. Bake in 375 degree oven 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Spoon beef mixture into crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted.
