GAYLE'S SUNSHINE MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• Take 2 glasses and fill them with ice. Using a potato peeler, peel a couple strips of lime zest and run one around the rim of each glass to flavor it, then drop it into the glass.
• Halve the lime and squeeze each half into a glass over the ice. Pour 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup ginger beer into each glass. Slightly crush the mint sprigs and add them to the drinks. Stir and serve immediately.

SOUTHERN SUNSHINE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In pitcher, combine juices and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Cover; chill.
• Just before serving, add lemon-lime soda and Southern Comfort. Serve over ice.

SOUTHERN SUNRISE

Steps:

• Combine orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar in a pitcher; stir until the sugar is dissolved. Cover pitcher with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator 15 minutes. Add the lemon-lime soda and the bourbon liqueur. Serve over ice.
• Refrigerate until chilled, about 15 minutes. Gently stir lemon-lime soda and bourbon liqueur into the orange juice mixture. Pour into cups filled with ice to serve.

SOUTHERN SUNRISE

Steps:

• Stir together the orange juice and tequila in a pitcher. Pour mixture into 2 ice-filled highball glasses. Slowly add ½ ounce grenadine to each glass. Do not stir. Top each with a cherry and a Sparkling Orange Wheel.
