EASY CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Steps:
- Combine 1/2 cup milk and cornstarch in a small bowl. Whisk or stir with a fork until smooth and all lumps have been incorporated.
- Combine remaining milk with sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Cook, whisking as needed to prevent lumps from forming, until mixture begins to thicken, 8 to 10 minutes. Add chocolate chips and salt. Continue stirring until chips are completely melted and pudding is smooth and thickened, about 7 minutes more.
- Pour pudding into 1 large bowl or 6 individual bowls. Place plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming; smooth it gently against the surface. Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.

SIX MINUTE SOFT CENTRED CHOCOLATE PUDDINGS

You can also use the left over egg whites to make hazelnut meringues. I just put it in small pudding bowls, bake and serve it in them! Saves on the hassle!

- Preheat the oven to 230°C/450°F/Gas 8. Break the chocolate into a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Add the butter and leave to melt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, yolks and sugar until thickened. Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture, then sieve over the flour and quickly fold in .
- Divide the mixture between six buttered moulds or ramekins. Bake the pudding for 6 minutes until the outside is set but the centre is still soft.
- Turn each pudding on to a plate, then gently lift off the moulds. Place a spoonful of crème fraiche on top of each pudding and dust with cocoa. Serve immediately.

- Add the butter and leave to melt.

- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Using 1 tablespoon butter, lightly grease four 3/4-cup capacity ovenproof bowls. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon white sugar into each bowl and turn to coat.
- Place chocolate and remaining 100g butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Heat, stirring with a metal spoon, for 5 minutes or until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Using an electric mixer, beat eggs and caster sugar until pale and thick. Add warm chocolate mixture. Sift flour over mixture.
- Stir gently to combine. Pour batter evenly into bowls. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pudding tops are cracked.
- Stand puddings in bowls for 5 minutes. Carefully loosen puddings. Turn onto a plate lined with baking paper. Turn upright onto plates (alternatively, serve in bowls).
- Make chocolate fudge sauce:.
- Combine chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat, uncovered, on HIGH(100%) for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring with a metal spoon every minutes, or until smooth. Drizzle pudding with warm sauce. Serve and enjoy!
