My daughter tried this salad at a party and has been on me to make this. Wow is this good!! I had extra snickers so I deep fried the rest. As you can see they ate the deep fried snickers before I could get a pic.

Ingredients

SALAD
1 - container cool whip
- 2 snicker candy bars (or half bag minis)
2 - diced green apples
DEEP FRY MINIS
10-20 - mini snickers
1 - egg
1 cup(s) milk
- dash salt
1 1/2 cup(s) self rising flour
- oil for frying

Steps:

Combine chopped snickers and chopped apple w/ cool whip for salad. cover and refridgerate.
Freeze candy bars. Combine milk egg and salt mix well. Add flour till well combined. Refridgerate for 30min.
Heat oil. Take frozen candy bars and dip in cold batter, drop in oil (365) til golden brown. Set on paper bag for a minute before serving.

I've been making this salad for years! My friends and I usually fight over who gets to bring it to a potluck, because it's always one of the first to go so we know we won't be lugging home any left overs! Simple to put together the night before, and delicious the next day! I've been know to double and sometimes triple the recipe to make sure everyone gets enough to eat! Enjoy! Cooking time is chill time.

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box French vanilla instant pudding
4 large apples, diced (2 Red Delicious and 2 Granny Smith work great)
2 cups seedless grapes (you can leave whole, I halve them)
1 bag mini-snickers candy bar (keep a few out for decoration)
1 -2 banana, sliced (optional)

Steps:

Mix the Cool Whip and French vanilla pudding with a beater.
Fold in apples, grapes and Snickers.
Garnish with some of the Snickers if desired.
Chill before serving (I like to chill overnight, but chill a minimum of 2-4 hours).
