Steps:
- In a 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe container, cook sausage, green pepper and onion on high for 1-2 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked; drain. Add the cheese and salsa. Cover and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.

BEST CHEESY NACHO DIP!
This is a great recipe for those game days or family get-togethers. I have used this recipe for years and it ALWAYS a hit!

Steps:
- 1. Cut "Velveeta" type cheese block into cubes and put in crock pot turned on HIGH so cheese begins to melt.
- 2. Brown ground beef (if you prefer a meatier dip use 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef) and chopped onions together. Drain well and add to melted cheese.
- 3. Stir in Rotel (I use the mild type but that is a matter of taste) and Cream of Mushroom soup. Stir everything together well and keep on LOW in the crock pot for serving with Nacho Chips.
NACHO DIP I
This dip is great with nacho chips, and you can make it hotter or milder depending on the type of salsa you use.

SNEAKY BRAVO NACHO CHEESE DIP

Steps:
- Combine cheese, milk, and orange puree in a microwave safe bowl. Covr the top of the bowl with a wet paper towel and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stopping to check and stir every 30 seconds until fully melted. Alternatively, you can cook the minture over a double boiler or in a metal bowl over a pot of boilng water.
- This dip thickens as it cools, so if there is a delay in serving it, simply put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds first.
- Serve with Crunch Corn chips, pretzel stickls, over broccoli, veggies, even rice or potatoes!
