S'MORES PIZZA
A friend brought something similar to a get-together not long ago. I decided to see if I could make it without a recipe as when I asked her for her recipe, she told me she had purchased it. Kids and adults both enjoyed it!

Steps:
- Spread the softened cookie dough into a lightly greased pizza pan, flattening it to the edges.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until it begins to brown SLIGHTLY.
- Remove the cookie from the oven and sprinkle the top with with the chocolate chips, graham crackers and marshmallows.
- Return the cookie to the oven for 5-8 minutes until crust is brown and chips and marshmallows are melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup, if desired.

S'MORE PIZZA
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Form the pizza dough into two 12-to-14-inch rounds, 1/4 inch thick. Bake, preferably on a pizza stone or pizza pan, for 4 to 6 minutes, or until just beginning to brown. Leave the oven at 400 degrees F.
- While the pizza crust is baking, toast the almonds in a medium dry skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer the almonds to a plate to cool.
- Melt the butter in the skillet. Add the graham cracker crumbs, chili powder, cayenne and salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the crumbs are well coated. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- For each pizza, top the crust with half of the marshmallows and scatter half of the chocolate over the marshmallows. Return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned. Sprinkle the pizza with half of the graham cracker mixture and top with half of the almonds. Let rest 3 to 4 minutes, slice and serve. Repeat to make the second pizza.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- In mixer, mix butter and sugars until well incorporated, about 2 mins. Add vanilla and egg and mix well. Scrape down sides. Add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Turn dough out onto pizza pan and press out to fill. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle chocolate chips on hot crust and let sit 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, turn oven to broil. Spread melted chocolate chips over crust, then top with marshmallows. Broil for 5 mins until marshmallows are just browned. Serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until creamy and smooth.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Roll out dough onto a 13-inch pizza pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the middle is set. Remove from oven.
- Cover crust in mini marshmallows and 1 cup chocolate chips then return to the oven for 3 minutes or until marshmallows turn golden brown. Remove from oven.
- Melt remaining chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top of the pizza.
- Sprinkle on extra graham cracker crumbs, if desired.

- Preheat pizza stone for 10-15 minutes on medium high heat. You can test that the stone is ready by using a drop of water over the stone – the water should evaporate immediately.
- While the stone is heating, prepare the pizza dough as directed on the packaging and place on a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal (or flour).
- Spread the Nutella over the pizza dough leaving a ¼ - ½ inch border around the edge of the pizza dough. Sprinkle approximately ½ of the graham crackers over the Nutella followed by the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Decrease the heat on the grill to low (approximately 200-250F). Sprinkle the top of the pizza stone with cornmeal and transfer the pizza to the stone with a pizza peel. Close the lid on the grill.
