SLOW COOKER CORNED BEEF HASH

Steps:

• Add the chopped vegetables, tomatoes, crumbled stock cube and flavourings to the slow cooker pot.
• Pour over the hot water, give it a good mix. Cover with lid and cook on High for 4 to 4½ hours.
• Check that the vegetables are now tender. Cut the corned beef into quarters and add to the pot. Plus add the peas, if using. Cover again and cook for a further 30 minutes.
• Serve with some parsley sprinkled over. And with some crusty bread, to mop up the tomato sauce.

SLOW-COOKER ROAST BEEF HASH

Steps:

• In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, layer onion, beef, salt, pepper and dry gravy mix. Pour water over all.
• Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours. Meanwhile, thaw potatoes in refrigerator.
• About 30 minutes before serving, stir in thawed potatoes and frozen peas. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes and peas are tender.

SLOW COOKER CORNED BEEF HASH

Steps:

• Slice and dice your onion, potatoes, and carrots and load into the slow cooker.
• Add your seasonings and mix with your hands. Place little cubes of butter on top.
• Slow cook for 2 hours on high.
• Stir and then add in sliced corned beef and then stir a little more.
• Cook for a further 90 minutes on high before serving.
