Add the plain flour to a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the milk. On a large plate, add the breadcrumbs, the remaining Spicentice mix, and a tsp of salt. Mix thoroughly.
Take a piece of chicken, and dip it into the flour, to coat evenly. Dip into the beaten egg and milk mixture, then coat in the breadcrumbs. Place on the baking tray. Repeat this process for all the chicken pieces, then spritz all of them with low calorie cooking spray.
