Steps:
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off the fat.
- Add remaining ingredients to the skillet, as well as about ½ teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper.
- Stir to combine; bring to a boil. Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook, uncovered, for about 15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the sauce thickens.
- Taste the pasta and season with additional salt and pepper, if necessary. Garnish with cheese and parsley, if desired.

- Form ground beef into 4 equal burgers.
- Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add burgers and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to medium. Season burgers with 1/2 of the salt and 1/2 of the pepper, flip, and cook for 6 minutes. Season with remaining salt and pepper, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes.
- Pour 1/2 of the Worcestershire sauce onto the burgers, flip, and cook for 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining sauce and cook, about 2 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).

- Mix ground beef, 1 can tomato sauce, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined. Form 6 patties and top each with an onion slice.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place burgers in the skillet, onion-side down, and brown for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn burgers and drain any grease. Top each burger with a lemon slice.
- Combine remaining tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, chili powder, and mustard; pour over burgers. Cover and simmer until burgers are cooked through and sauce has thickened, at least 1 hour.

SKILLET EGGS IN TOMATO SAUCE

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, just until it starts to brown around edges, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add tomatoes, 2 teaspoons salt, and basil; simmer until tomatoes have broken down into a loose sauce, about 20 minutes.
- Make a well in tomato sauce with the back of a large spoon and crack 1 egg into well. Repeat with remaining 5 eggs. Season with salt and pepper and cook until whites are set and yolks are cooked as desired, about 25 to 30 minutes. Top with cheese and serve with sauce immediately from the skillet.

- In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties. In a large skillet, brown patties on both sides. Remove and set aside; drain drippings., In the same skillet, combine the remaining ingredients. Return patties to the skillet. Bring to a boil. - Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/3 cup oil; set aside. In a large skillet, saute sliced onions in 3 Tbsp. reserved oil until softened. Add vinegar. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, until deep golden brown, 30-40 minutes., Meanwhile, chop sun-dried tomatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
