I have a special fondness for casseroles using weiners, as both mom and grandma used them aplenty for economical reasons. To very tasty results, by the way! Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Spray 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread potatoes in thin layer in bottom of baking dish. Top evenly with one can of chili. Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 30 minutes.
- 3. Uncover; top with hot dogs and remaining chili. Separate biscuits; place over chili. Sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking, uncovered, for 15 to 18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
