My sister made these sandwiches for our family reunion and my pickiest eater has told me they're her favorite food. The crackers really add a lot of butter flavor!

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, condensed soup, poultry seasoning and crushed crackers. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on buns.

I'm not a big fan of shredded chicken but a co worker, Allison, brought this to work, I had to try it. It's delicious and the sour cream just takes it over the top. I always add a slice of cheese to mine. Enjoy!

- Cook stove top stuffing per box directions. In large pan on stove, add prepared stuffing, sour cream, canned chicken and cream of chicken soup. Mix well and heat to desired temperature. Serve.

SHREDDED CHICKEN SANDWICHES
I've tried numerous shredded chicken sandwich recipes and this one is far and away the best one. It was given to me by a friend who served it at her parent's 50th wedding anniversary reception. Simple and tasty! It can be easily doubled for large crowds. Be sure to use a Reynold's Crock Pot Liner for easy clean up. Serving number is an estimate. It depends on how much shredded chicken you pile onto the bun :)

- Mix together.
- Put into a crock pot.
- Cook on the Low setting for 2-3 hours.If the recipe is doubled, Cook 1 hour on High, then turn down to the low setting for 3 hours.
