1 bag white corn chips
3 cups freshly grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 jar jalapeno slices, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Lay the whole tortilla chips in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the cheese, add jalapeno slices of using and repeat the process until you have 3 layers. Bake until the cheese has melted.

3 cups plain tortilla chips
2 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
1 onion, chopped
3 pickled jalapeno peppers, sliced
sour cream
guacamole
picante sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking pan with sides.
  • Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese, onion, and jalapeno slices.
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown and bubble around the edges.
  • Remove from oven and serve with sour cream, guacamole, and picante sauce.

1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb sea scallops
1 lb shrimp (shelled and deveined)
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 plum tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
1/2 cup fresh basil (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup dry white wine

Steps:

  • In a bowl mix first 7 ingredients.
  • Pat seafood dry.
  • In nonstick 12 inches skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over medium heat.
  • Add scallops and cook 2-3 minutes or until just opaque,turn over once. Transfer to medium bowl.
  • Add remaining oil to skillet and cook shrimp 2-3 minutes or until just opaque stirring frequently. Transfer to medium bowl.
  • Add tomatos, basil,and wine to skillet; cook until almost dry, stirring.
  • Stir in butter until just melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in seafood.

1 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups ripe bananas (Mashed)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Sift together Flour, Salt and Baking Soda -- Set Aside.
  • Mix melted Butter and Sugar until well blended.
  • Add Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one.
  • Add Water.
  • Add Bananas and Vanilla -- Mix well.
  • Fold in Flour mixture until well incorporated.
  • Grease 2 loaf pans and divide batter equally between the 2 pans.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until center of loaf is firm and a toothpick inserted to the center comes out clean.
