Ingredients

1 lb sausage meat
1 apple, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 tablespoons parsley
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 egg
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 (375 g) packet flaky pastry dough or 1 (375 g) packet phyllo pastry

Steps:

Mix all 1st ingredients.
add pepper to taste.
roll into two rolls and cover with.
1 packet flaky pastry or wrap on filo pastry.
cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Man oh man is this bread good... This is a dessert bread. Bread is very moist with FABULOUS flavor and texture... It couldn't be any better... Ingredients

2 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup coconut
2 bananas, mashed

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour 2 9x5" loaf pans.
Combine flour, soda, sugar, salt, and nuts in mixing bowl, and blend by hand.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350, for 1 hours in 2 greased and floured 9x5" loaf pans.

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 lb kielbasa

Steps:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut kielbasa in half, so you have two straight pieces.
Roll out puff pastry.
Wrap pastry around Kielbasa, sealing ends.
Bake for 20 mins or until golden.
Cut into bite size slices.
