1 lb medium shrimp, raw peeled
1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
lemon wedge, for garnishing

Steps:

  • Combine shrimp, salad dressing, salt and garlic powder in Medium or Large Ziploc® Brand Zip 'n Steam™ bag.
  • Seal bag and shake to mix ingredients.
  • Pat ingredients into an even, single layer. Place bag in microwave.
  • Cook on full power 2 - 3 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked throughout (cooking times may vary depending on size of shrimp). If needed, continue microwaving for 30-second intervals until done.
  • Allow bag to stand 1 minute before opening.
  • Salt to taste. Serve with dipping sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
  • For Dipping sauce, combine all of ingredints in a bowl and serve with shrimp.

You'll be surprised at how easy these Parmesan Sesame Chicken Strips are to make. The Parmesan coating gives it a boost of flavor, and the chicken cooks up so moist and tender. It's the perfect dinner that will make everyone happy.

40 Ritz Crackers
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons diced onion
2 teaspoons ground mustard
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup grated parmesan
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup mayonnaise (light works great)
2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
3 Tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cover a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place crackers in a Ziploc bag and roll over them with a rolling pin until they are finely crushed.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, and mustard.
  • In a second bowl, combine crushed crackers, sesame seeds, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cut chicken lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips.
  • Dip strips into mayonnaise mixture, then into crumb mixture.
  • Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  • Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.

1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, green onions, toasted sesame seeds and toasted sesame oil. Stir until honey dissolves.

1 red onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 cup honey
1 lime, juice of
1 tablespoon soy sauce
chili pepper flakes, to the taste
1 1/2 lbs raw shrimp, shelled (with or without tail)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a frying pan, brown the onion in butter. Add garlic, honey, lime juice, soy sauce and peppers flakes. Let reduce until the mixture is caramelized. Pour half of this mixture in a bowl.
  • Add half the shrimps and sesame seeds in the frying pan. Salt and pepper.
  • Cook 2 minutes at high high without stirring.
  • Stir and keep on cooking 1 to 2 minutes at high heat. Add chives. Set aside at a place that is hot to keep it hot.
  • Wash the frying pan. Heat the remaining mixture of onions (you did first) at high heat. Add the remaining shrimps and repeat the same steps for the cooking method.
  • You can adjust the seasonning. Serve on rice.
