SAVORY CHICKEN BREASTS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with ground black pepper to taste. Top each breast with a slice of cheese.
• Mix together the soup and milk and pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter/margarine. Bake covered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.

SAVORY CHICKEN DINNER

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the soup mix and water. Add the chicken, potatoes and onion; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and a thermometer reads 170°, stirring occasionally.

SAVORY OVEN BAKED CHICKEN

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375º. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, pepper and salt in a shallow bowl.
• Combine butter and garlic in a 9in pie pan. Dip 1 chicken breast at a time into butter mixture; place into breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Place chicken breasts into ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
• Bake for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

SAVORY CHICKEN OVEN DINNER

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In baking dish, mix chicken, soup, milk, cheese and green beans.
• In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, butter and sage with fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in egg. Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
• Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is light golden brown.

SAVORY BAKED CHICKEN AND POTATO DINNER

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
• Brush chicken with 2 tablespoons of the mustard, then coat with Bisquick mix. Place 1 chicken breast in each corner of pan. Place potatoes, bell pepper and onion in center of pan; brush vegetables with remaining 2 tablespoons mustard. Spray chicken and vegetables with cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with cheese and paprika.
• Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes, stirring vegetables after 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender and juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
