SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BREAKFAST BITES
I had a box of buttermilk biscuit mix and didn't want just plain biscuits. So after looking through the odds and ends in my "fridge",I came up with this recipe. If desired brush tops of "bites" with melted margarine or butter. My son who is known on here by "Cylopsmaster" came up with the name for this recipe.Submitted to "ZAAR" on June 26th,2008.

EASY SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE BREAKFAST QUESADILLA
This is a fairly easy and tasty recipe. To save time I cook the breakfast sausage in advance and freeze 1/2 cup portions in small baggies and just take one out the night before making. Feel free to add or omit anything you like but keep in mind the more items inside the heavier it is and not as easy to flip in the frying pan. I like it just the way it is but you might like to serve with hot sauce or salsa. Cook & prep times are approximate. Hope you enjoy!

SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BREAKFAST STRATA
This has been our Christmas breakfast since I was a child. I look forward to it every year. You can really change it up and add any type of meat, cheese, or veggies you like. This can easily be a vegetation dish also. This dish is wonderful for lunch if you add chicken, asparagus and Swiss cheese. But, the breakfast strata brings back so many great memories, you just can't beat it!!

This is an elegant take on breakfast food. It can be made the night before and baked just before serving. Give this a try if you want something a little different than a breakfast casserole or strata. It is a very lovely meal to serve to brunch guests. Enjoy! **Don't let the long list of ingredients or instructions put you off. It is very simple to make.
