- In a small saucepan, cook and stir onion in oil over medium-high heat until tender. Transfer to a blender. Add the green chiles, cilantro, jalapeno, jelly, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoned salt and oregano; cover and process until smooth., Return mixture to the same pan; cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Set aside and keep warm., Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Broil 4-6 in. from heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). Sprinkle steaks with cheese if desired; serve with green chile sauce.

- In small saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Transfer to blender or food processor adding chilies, cilantro, jalapeno, jelly bouillon, worcestershire, garlic, seasoned salt and oregano, process until smooth.
- Return mixture to saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper, then broil 4-6 inches from heat for 4-8 minutes or until reaches desired doneness.
- Serve with sauce and sprinkle with cheese if desired.

Steps:
- Coat steaks with vegetable oil, but shaking in plastic bag.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place steaks in hot, large skillet (over medium high heat).
- Sear steaks, 3 minutes per side, then reduce heat to medium.
- Cook steaks until desired doneness, about 5 minutes for per side for medium.
- Put steaks on serving platter and keep warm.
- Stir flour into dripping left in pan and stir in beef broth.
- Stirring continuously, cook until slightly thickened (approx 3 minutes).
- Stir in remaining ingrediets, then drizzle sauce over the steaks.
