Steps:
- Pour 1/2 of the peanuts into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Melt peanut butter chips and butter in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and microwave until heated through, about 30 seconds more.
- Stir marshmallows into butter mixture until completely incorporated and melted. Pour marshmallow mixture over peanuts into the baking dish. Sprinkle remaining peanuts over the top, cover the peanuts with a sheet of waxed paper, and press down to fill the pan and create an even layer. Remove wax paper and cool completely before cutting into squares.

- Sprinkle half of the peanuts into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and butter at 50% power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave in 20-second intervals until melted; stir until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk; cook, uncovered, on high for 1 minute., Stir in marshmallow creme and chopped candy bars. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts. Cover with plastic wrap; press down lightly., Refrigerate until set. Cut into 1-in. squares. Store in an airtight container.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in 1/2 cup butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until evenly mixed. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake 15 minutes; cool slightly.
- Cut up any large nuts. Sprinkle nuts evenly over crust. In 1-quart saucepan, heat all remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until chips are melted. Drizzle butterscotch mixture evenly over nuts. Bake 5 minutes. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows while warm for easiest cutting.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and peanut butter chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between each until melted and smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows to mixture, and continute to microwave for 30 second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour half the peanuts evening into the bottom of an ungreased 11x17 inch dish. Pour melted mixture over top of peanuts; sprinkle the top with the remaining peanuts. Gently press the peanuts so they stick to the center filling.
- Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.

- In large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients-- hold out the marshmallows.
- Press the crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until light golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately spread marshmallows evenly on top of crust.
- Return to oven for 2 minutes or until marshmallows begin to puff.

- To make crust:.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter 9x13-in pan. Set aside. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter and salt. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat into bottom of prepared pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. (leave oven on).
- To make topping:.
