1 teaspoon each dried basil, marjoram, parsley flakes, thyme and savory
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, crush the basil, marjoram, parsley, thyme and savory. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container.

  • Whisk garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, parsley, basil, oregano, cumin, mustard, cayenne pepper, rosemary, and celery seed together in a bowl.

I like to use salt sparingly. So I wanted a flavorful seasoning, that I could just shake and not worry about the salt. So here's MY HOUSE SEASONING.

1/8 c onion powder
1/8 c garlic powder
1/8 c ground black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the three ingredients together, in a small bowl. Place in a shaker style bottle.
  • 2. Use on everything and anything, from chicken, fish, to pork chops!
  • 3. There's no salt, so shake away! This is my everyday seasoning. I reach for it quite often.
