CHEESY SALSA MAC
Cheesy skillet pasta with ground beef. Use hot salsa for a nice kick.

Steps:
- Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Return skillet to heat. Stir salsa, taco seasoning mix, and black pepper into the beef; simmer the mixture until hot, about 5 minutes.
- Stir water, macaroni, and milk into the beef mixture; bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, place a cover on the skillet, and simmer the mixture until the pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir cheese food and Cheddar cheese into the pasta mixture; cook until the cheese melts completely, 5 to 7 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare dinner as directed on package.
- Stir in salsa.
- Spoon into greased casserole dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
SALSA MAC WITH COLBY JACK
Steps:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, dice tomato, green bell pepper, and onion.
- Drain cooked macaroni and add with tomato and green bell pepper. Reserve.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium saucepan, sauté diced onion in butter until translucent.
- Stir in flour and black pepper.
- Add milk. Cook until slightly thickened and bubbly.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Add macaroni/vegetable mixture to cheese sauce and coat evenly.
- Transfer to a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- Add tomato and green pepper to macaroni.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In med saucepan, sauté onion in butter until translucent.
- Stir in flour, pepper and garlic to taste.
- Add milk and salsa.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Add cheese mixture to pasta and veggies, stir to evenly coat.
- Pour into a 9x13in pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes before serving.
