SALCHICHAS GUISADAS
Steps:
- Calienta el aceite en un olla pesada con tapa tipo Dutch Oven o en una olla pequeña para sopa. Agrega las papas, las zanahorias, los pimientos, la mitad de las cebollas y la mitad del ajo; cocínalos 5 min. mientras los revuelves constantemente.
- Mezcla los tomates, mientras tanto, con el caldo, el chile, el orégano y con el resto de las cebollas y del ajo utilizando la licuadora hasta obtener una consistencia homogénea.
- Agrega el puré de vegetales a la mezcla de papas; revuélvelo. Hiérvelo; pon la tapa. Mantén un hervor suave a fuego medio-bajo durante 15 min. mientras revuelves de vez en cuando. Agrega las salchichas; cocínalas tapadas 5 min. o hasta que se terminen de calentar. Sírvelas con las tortillas.
