Steps:
- Make the Homemade Italian Dressing.
- Chop romaine and lettuce. Thinly slice the shallot. Peel and chop cucumber. Slice tomatoes and olives in half.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the salad, including the dressing, and toss to combine. If making in advance, refrigerate the components separately; bring the dressing to room temperature before serving.

- For Dressing: In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and soy sauce; set aside.

- Spoon dressing over top. Toss and serve.

Add croutons and serve immediately.

- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple and measure 2/3 cup juice (add water to equal 2/3 cup if necessary). Add vinegar, milk and cream cheese into mixing bowl cut in pieces. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add gelatin and mix until smooth. Stir in pineapple and carrot. Pour into bowl and chill until set.
