Place whole wheat flour / atta into the flour container. Fill water and oil containers. Place these containers in their designated positions on the Rotimatic and gently press down till they click in.
Turn the Rotimatic on. Press menu and select what you want to make – in our case rotis, so select Roti. The select the type of atta being used – in this case Ashirwad Select. Rotimatic has the option of customizing the roti by letting us choose the thickness, roast level, and oil quantity – we chose level 1 for each i.e. the thinnest setting, the lowest roast level, and minimum oil.
Choose the number of rotis that need to be made. Press Play. Rotimatic will ask for a confirmation and then start making rotis. Sit back and watch or go about your chores as the Rotimatic churns out rotis.
