PEACH ROSé SANGRIA



Peach Rosé Sangria image

This peach rosé sangria is crisp and perfectly sweetened naturally by peaches, strawberries and lemon. You only need 6 ingredients for this refreshing summer drink!

2 peaches (thinly sliced)
5 strawberries (hulled and sliced)
1 lemon (thinly sliced)
750 mL dry rosé
4 ounces orange liqueur or brandy (or a mix!)
4-8 ounces sparkling water (club soda, tonic water or seltzer)
Ice and mint leaves for serving

Steps:

  • In a pitcher, combine all fruit. Top with rosé and liqueur and stir to combine.
  • Place in the fridge for 4 hours or more to let the flavors blend. together.
  • When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and fill each glass 3/4 full with sangria. Top with sparkling beverage of choice. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately. Enjoy responsibly!

1 bottle rosé wine
1/4 cup brandy or peach brandy
1 cup peach juice or nectar
3 peaches, pitted and sliced thin
1/2 pint raspberries, washed
Sparkling water

Steps:

  • Add the sliced peaches and raspberries to a pitcher. Pour the rosé, brandy and peach juice over the fruit. Stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer.
  • Pour the sangria along with some of the fruit into glasses. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh peach slice.

A juicy, delicious twist on classic sangria with rosé wine, brandy and ripe peaches and strawberries. It's a quick and easy recipe.

2 large peaches (pitted and sliced)
8 medium strawberries (halved)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1 bottle rosé wine (something you like, but nothing too special )

Steps:

  • Combine peaches, strawberries and sugar in a large pitcher, stirring to mix. Top with brandy and wine and stir again. Cover top of pitcher with plastic wrap and refrigerate the sangria for at least 4 hours, and preferably overnight to allow the sugar to dissolve fully and for the flavours to meld. Serve in wine glasses. It'll keep in the fridge for about 3 days. If you have self-restraint.

A festive way to drink pink in the summer, this sangria calls for macerating stone fruit with cherry liqueur and vodka or tequila, then topping with rose and seltzer.

3 cups mixed stone fruits, such as peaches, plums, and nectarines, cut into 1/2-inch wedges, plus frozen fruit for serving (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup vodka or blanco tequila
1/4 cup Luxardo Maraschino or other cherry liqueur
1 bottle (750 ml) rose wine, chilled, for serving
Seltzer or citrus soda, for serving (optional)

Steps:

  • Toss fresh fruits with sugar, vodka, and Luxardo. Cover; refrigerate, tossing occasionally, at least 4 hours and up to 1 day. Fill a glass halfway with frozen fruit, if desired. Add macerated fruits, and top with wine and a splash of seltzer, if desired.

1 cup strawberries, halved
1/2 cup orange liqueur
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
2 bottles rose wine
Ice, for serving
Seltzer water, for serving, optional

Steps:

  • In a large mason jar or pitcher, muddle the peaches, lemons, oranges, strawberries, orange liqueur, sugar and lemon juice. Stir in the rose and refrigerate at least 4 to 6 hours and up to overnight.
  • When ready to serve, fill 6 glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice, scooping some of the macerated fruit into each glass. Top with seltzer if desired and serve.
