ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES
The hardest part of this quick and easy brownie recipe is waiting on them to cool in the fridge. Marshmallow Fluff oozes out with each delicious bite. The peanut butter chocolate mix is the perfect match to the fudgy brownie base. Rice Krispies add a crunchy texture to these yummy brownies. We bet you can't eat just one.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to temperature called for on brownie box.
- Make brownies as directed and bake in a 13x9" pan. Remove from oven.
- While brownies are still warm, spread Fluff on top.
- Mix together chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave until melted. Add cereal.
- Spread over brownies. Cool in refrigerator. Cut into squares and serve.

- Preheat oven according to brownie mix directions.
- Prepare brownie mix according to box directions.
- Mix in slivered almonds.
- Coarsely chop chocolate chips and mix into brownie and almond mixture.
- Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Spoon brownie mixture into mini muffin tin.
- Place one mini marshmallow on top of each brownie, press down slightly.
- Bake according to brownie mix directions.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.
- Make and bake brownies as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours.
- In medium bowl, beat marshmallow creme, peanut butter and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with candies and peanuts.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 20 to 40 seconds, stirring halfway through, until chips can be stirred smooth. Spoon into resealable food-storage plastic bag; partially seal bag. Cut small tip from corner of bag; drizzle over top. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until chocolate is set. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

- Grease and line an 18cm square brownie tin with baking paper.
- Place 200g digestive biscuits in a freezer bag and bash with a rolling pin or just the side of your fist until they're broken into a mixture of everything between dust and 50p-sized lumps. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan melt 135g butter or margarine, 200g dark chocolate and 2-3 tbsp golden syrup over a gentle heat stirring constantly until there are no or almost no more lumps of chocolate visible, then remove from the heat. Leave to cool.
- Take the biscuits, 100g mini marshmallows and up to 100g of additional ingredients (dried fruit, nuts, popcorn, honeycomb), if you like, and stir into the chocolate mixture until everything is completely covered.
- Tip the mixture into the lined baking tin, and spread it out to the corners. Chill for at least 2 hrs then dust with icing sugar and cut into 12 fingers.
