ROBIN'S BLOND BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 11x7x2-inch baking pan.
• Beat the butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat the first egg into the butter until completely blended, then beat in the vanilla with the last egg.
• Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl; add to the butter mixture and stir until just incorporated into a batter. Fold chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans into the batter; spread into the prepared baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and the edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool brownies in pan for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.

ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES

Steps:

• In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate, stir until smooth; cool for 10 minutes. , In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended. Stir in chocolate mixture. Gradually add flour until well blended. , Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the marshmallows, chocolate chips and walnuts; bake 4 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack.

ROBYN'S ROCK'N BROWNIES

Steps:

• Melt butter or margarine in glass bowl or measuring cup.
• (1 minute).
• Remove from microwave and add Cocoa.
• Mix well.
• Add sugar and stir well.
• Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after the addition of each egg.
• Add vanilla and stir.
• Stir in flour and mix well.
• Spread in a greased 8x8 pan.
• Top with chocolate chips and pecans.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
• Do NOT overbake.
• Let cool for 20 minutes before you inhale them!
