- Place rum and pina colada mix in blender with ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with the strawberry daquiri mix. The daquiri mix sits on top for a pretty presentation.
- Serve with straws.

The bartender at Red Lobster was gracious enough to share their secret. He would not tell me what "Commercial brand pina colada mix" they use, but I found any favorite will do.
