Steps:
- Chop Baby Artichokes into bite-size pieces. Tear up Red Leaf Lettuce into bite-size pieces. Cut Grape Tomatoes in half, if desired, or leave whole. Add pine nuts whole or chopped. Toss with Vinaigrette.
