LIME BEER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour beer into a large pitcher. Add still-frozen limeade and stir to combine. (Stirring with a metal utensil can reduce foam.) Allow foam to settle. Squeeze half a lime into pitcher. Finely slice the other lime half and place into pitcher, for garnish. Pour into chilled glasses and serve cold.

RED CARPET COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Simmer 3/4 cup pomegranate juice and 1/4 cup sugar in a small skillet until reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Stir in a dash of orange-flower water; let cool to room temperature. Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the syrup into each of 6 flutes. Add a splash of gin and top with champagne; stir gently.

PUT A STICK IN IT COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, maraschino syrup and the ginger ale. Pour into glasses filled with ice, then add the rum and stir.
• Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple chunk on a skewer.

QUEEN OF HEARTS COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Mix cranberry juice, orange juice, vodka, and Campari in a cocktail shaker with ice. Squeeze in lemon juice and strain into 4 glasses filled with ice.

RED EYE (RED BEER)

Steps:

• Pour tomato juice followed by beer in a chilled mug.
• Throw in a pinch of salt and a twist of lime (if using).
• Garnish with olives and serve.
