REALLY GOOD SNACK MIX
I grew tired of my family picking through a snack mix for their favorite ingredients and leaving the rest. So I experimented using only their most-loved mix-ins and came up with this recipe. Now there's never any left! -Lori Genske, Waldo, Wisconsin

- Preheat oven to 250°. Mix first 5 ingredients; toss with cereals and cashews, coating evenly. Spread into a 15x10x1-in. pan coated with cooking spray., Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely before storing in airtight containers.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels, Cheddar crackers, wasabi peas, peanuts and crushed ramen noodles.
- In a saute pan, melt the butter, then stir in the ramen seasoning packet and grated Parmesan. Pour over the cereal mixture and toss to coat. Spread evenly between the 2 baking sheets and bake until the mixture is fragrant and the cheese is melted, about 12 minutes. Let cool and serve.
