RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375º.
• Add softened butter, white granulated sugar, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix together until creamy.
• Next add eggs. Mix until completely combined.
• In a small bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to bowl.
• Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet mixture in the stand mixer. Mix until combined.
• Add in dark chocolate chips and fresh raspberries. Mix until just combined.
• Place twelve 1 Tablespoon scoops on a baking sheet.
• Bake for 9-11 minutes.

RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• With a hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars.
• Add the pudding mix and mix until well blended.
• Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
• Add the flour and baking soda and continue mixing.
• Stir in the chocolate chips and then very gently fold in the raspberries.
• Drop cookies by rounded teaspoonfuls (I use a cookie scoop) onto a greased cookie sheet (or a high quality non-stick cookie sheet).
• Bake for about 10 minutes at 350. Enjoy!

CRANBERRY VANILLA CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and butter flavoring; mix well. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; mix well. Stir in cranberries and chips., Roll a rounded tablespoonful of dough into a ball. Place 2 in. apart onto lightly greased baking sheets. , Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes or until cookies are set and edges begin to brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
