Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups / 400 ml heavy cream
3,5 oz/ 100 g white chocolate
3,5 oz/ 100 g dark chocolate
7 oz/ 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbs sugar

  • In a large mixing bowl whip 2/3 cup (about 150 ml) heavy cream until very thick.
