- Bring the water to a boil.

RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD
This Raspberry Jello Salad could not be easier to make, and it looks so beautifully bright and festive on a holiday table.

Steps:
- Pour raspberry gelatin into the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Pour boiling water over the gelatin, and stir to dissolve.
- Add applesauce and stir.
- Carefully add frozen raspberries, and press them down in an even layer.
- Cover and refrigerate, 2 hours or until set.
- An hour or two before serving, stir sour cream and mini marshmallows together and spread over the set raspberries. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- In a large bowl add packages of raspberry jello and boiling water. Mix with a wire whisk, until jello has completely dissolved.
- Add frozen raspberries and crushed pineapple, undrained, to jello. Mix until well combined.
- Remove 2 cups of jello mixture and set aside until later.
- Stir in mashed bananas to the large bowl of jello.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish and allow to chill on an even surface in the refrigerator until fairly well set.
- Remove jello from refrigerator and top with sour cream. Spread sour cream evenly to cover base of salad.
- Spoon reserved 2 cups of raspberry pineapple jello over the top of the sour cream.
- Chill jello salad until firm. Cut into 12 equal squares, to serve top each square with whipped cream and a fresh raspberry.

- Pour package of jell-o into a medium bowl.
- Pour boiling water over strawberry jello and mix until gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Add in crushed pineapple and bananas and stir well.
- Add in 12 strawberries and mix until all fruit is covered
- In a small bowl, stir sour cream until it becomes creamy and loosened up a bit.
- In a medium-sized bowl or 9x13" baking pan, pour half the gelatin mixture. To help the jello set up a bit quicker, place the pan into the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the jello has started to set.
- Carefully ladle the sour cream over the jello and spread in an even layer.
- Carefully pour the other half of the jello mixture over the sour cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
- Top with a sliced strawberry.

This is my favorite jello salad of all time. I make it for Christmas and Thanksgiving every year as well as other special occasions. It looks pretty and it tastes oh so yummy!!

Steps:
- Dissolve 1 package of Jello with 1-3/4 cups boiling water.
- Pour into a 9X13 cake pan or dish. Add berries.
- Stir until berries are covered with Jello and evenly spread out.
- Chill until set.
- Spread sour cream over set berry mixture.
- Slice bananas and place 1 layer over sour cream.
- Dissolve 2nd package Jello in 1-3/4 cups boiling water.
- Add 2 cups of ice cubes and stir until Jello begins to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice cubes.
- Pour thickened Jello over banana layer.
- Chill until completely set.

- 1. 1. Scald 1 cup milk and add 16 oz marshmallows to dissolve. Set aside. Cream Layer: 2. Cream together lemon jello and cream cheese. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. When creamed add marshmallow mixture and fold in 1 cup crushed pineapple and 8 oz cool whip. 3. Pour in 9x13 pan and place in refrigerator to set. Raspberry Layer: 4. Dissolve raspberry jello in 3 cups boiling water. When jello is dissolved stir in raspberries (thawed and drained). Pour over lemon/cream cheese mixture when the lemon layer is set. 5. Cut into squares and serve. Alternative Presentation: Spray or grease jello mold. Prepare raspberry layer first and pour into mold and place in refrigerator to set. - Make Jello, using 1 1/2 cup hot water, add crushed banana, raspberries, pineapple less the juice, mandarin oranges less the fluid, in a 9 x 13 pan or serving dish, cool, until firm.
- Topping: Add water to pineapple juice making 1 cup. Heat in sauce pan adding sugar, egg, corn starch, butter. Heat while stirring until mixture thickens. Fold into Cool Whip and let cool.

- Put pretzels in a food processor and pulse to medium fine.
- Mix in the 3 T.
- sugar.
- Slowly pour in melted margarine and pulse to mix.
- Press into a 9x10 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- In a food processor blend together the cool whip, cream cheese, and 1 cup sugar.
- Pour over crust and chill.
