A simple and delectable dish! Choose your own pasta and top with garlic, almost as simple as that! Use any sort of cheese you like.

Steps:
- In a large pot of salted water boil pasta until al dente. Drain well.
- In a small saucepan heat oil slightly, add garlic. Saute garlic until it is lightly browned. Be careful not to burn garlic.
- Combine pasta and garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Top with Parmesan or Romano cheese and serve.

Steps:
- Boil water, add pasta to cook.
- Pour olive oil into a heated pan.
- When oil is hot, add chopped garlic and sauté.
- When pasta is finished, drain and pour into a large bowl. Add olive oil and garlic, and toss until pasta is coated.
- Tear basil leaves into small pieces and sprinkle over pasta; mix.
- Grate cheese over top.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
GARLIC PASTA
Pasta with herbs, delicious sauteed garlic, and plenty of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Chop the garlic so that some is minced and some is larger pieces. You can substitute 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend for the fresh herbs.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, saute garlic in oil on low heat, just hot enough to make the garlic sizzle; about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with basil, oregano, parsley, and crushed red pepper, and remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta with garlic and herb mixture, and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve.

QUICK 'N EASY GARLIC PASTA
Trying to find something quick and simple to make for lunch/dinner? Well, here's one of my solutions. This side goes well with anything Italian, particularly chicken dishes. Note: The fresh garlic cloves aren't strictly necessary if you don't happen to have any. In that case skip step 2.

Steps:
- Cook egg noodles per instructions.
- While your noodles are boiling splash a frying pan with olive oil (just enough to _lightly_ coat) and saute garlic cloves until they're lightly browned and aromatic.
- Add all ingredients together and mix until noodles are completely coated.

- When the pasta isn't far from being cooked, it's time to start the sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the flour and let the roux cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Add in the cream and let the sauce cook for a few more minutes until it's thickened to your liking, then add the parmesan cheese, salt & pepper as needed, and parsley.
