QUICK SANGRIA

Steps:

• Combine the brandy, sugar and half of the raspberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the red wine, vinegar and cinnamon stick and cook until the wine reduces by half, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl set over a bowl of ice to chill it quickly. Once the wine is cool, stir in the coconut water, apples and tangerine slices. Discard the cinnamon stick. If too strong, add some cold water.

GRAPE JUICE-GINGER ALE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Combine the grape juice and ginger ale in a pitcher and mix with a wooden spoon. Add the red grape "ice cubes" to serve.

WHITE GRAPE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Combine the brandy, grape juice and lime juice in a large pitcher or carafe. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. When ready to serve, pour 2 ounces each into champagne flutes, then top with 6 ounces of the sparkling wine. Garnish with the red and white grapes, about 4 slices per glass.

GRAPE JUICE SPRITZERS

Steps:

• Fill champagne flutes halfway with Sprite or Seltzer.
• Fill the rest of the way with grae juice.
