9 cups crispy rice cereal squares
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate; add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated.
Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups Corn or Rice Chex
1 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on high for 30 seconds. Stir; microwave 30 seconds longer or until the chips are melted. Stir in peanut butter. Gently stir in cereal until well coated; set aside. , Place confectioners' sugar in a large airtight container. Add cereal mixture and shake until well coated. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 (12 ounce) box Crispix cereal or 1 (12 ounce) box similar cereal
1 lb confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Melt chocolate chips, butter & peanut butter over medium heat. Stir to blend.
Pour over Crispix in large bowl.
Pour confectioners sugar in paper grocery bag.
Add Crispix and shake vigorously until it breaks apart. Serve in new doggie dish.

Steps:

Pour cereal into a very large bowl. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high 30 seconds. Stir gently. Continue microwaving on high, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and blended. Pour over cereal; gently stir to coat, In batches, place confectioners' sugar in a gallon-sized bag, add cereal mixture and shake until well coated. Spread cereal out on a baking sheet. Let stand until set. Store in airtight containers.
