An easy, healthy fruit that can mask as a pretzel dip or even a cracker spread! It's simple and high in protein!

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Mix together both ingredients.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • One serving is 2 tbs.
  • Serve with slices apples, grapes, or strawberries. Try carrots and celery.
  • Or give it a go with pretzels and/or crackers for something savory.

8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute (pulse in the food processer to make Splenda powdered sugar fine)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon extract (used pineapple, orange, and strawberry)
fat free Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Add softened cream cheese, protein powder and extract to the Splenda mixutre and mix in the food processor.
  • Pour into bowl and add Cool Whip to the consitency you like, stirring in gently to mix well.
