A really quick dish from Prego Easy Italian Recipes. My grand kids really like it.

1/4 c dry breadcrumbs
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 tsp pepper
6 boneless pork chops, /4-inch thick
1 1/2 c spaghetti sauce, prego tranditional
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
spaghetti, cooked and hot
fresh marjoram, garnish
yellow bell pepper strips, garnish

Steps:

  • 1. On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and pepper. Coat chops with bread crumb mixture.
  • 2. In 3-quart oblong baking dish, arrange chops. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until chops are no longer pink.
  • 3. Pour spaghetti sauce over chops. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until sauce is hot and bubbling. If desired, serve over hot cooked spaghetti and garnish with fresh marjoram and sweet yellow pepper strips.

1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 2 min. on each side. Transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish, reserving drippings in skillet; sprinkle chops with Parmesan.
  • Add vegetables to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until tender. Stir in pasta sauce and basil. Pour sauce over chops.
  • Bake 15 min. or until chops are done (145°F). Top with mozzarella; lry stand 3 min or until cheese is melted.

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2 boneless pork chops, trimmed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Whisk egg in a shallow bowl.
  • Mix Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning together on a plate.

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 (5 ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Rub pork chops with olive oil and dip in the Parmesan mixture. Press mixture into pork chops to make sure they are well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

3 tablespoons cornmeal or 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (original flavour)
1/2 teaspoon basil
4 pork loin chops, about 1/2 inch thick
cooking spray
3 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
6 cups egg noodles

Steps:

  • Combine cornmeal, Parmesan cheese, pepper, Mrs.Dash, and basil.
  • Trim pork chops of visible fat and dredge in mixture.
  • Coat skillet with cooking spray and put on medium heat.
  • Put chops in skillet and reduce heat to medium low.
  • Saute 10 minutes each side.
  • Add onion and garlic.
  • Continue sauteeing another 10 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
  • Sprinkle with parsley to garnish and serve over noodles.

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup marinara sauce
3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh flat leaf parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Pound pork chops with a meat mallet to an even 1/4- to 3/8-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place flour and eggs into 2 separate shallow dishes. Combine panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a third dish.
  • Dip each pork chop first into flour, shaking off the excess. Next, dip into egg mixture, letting any excess drip off. Coat chops in crumb mixture and set on a plate.
  • Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet until hot. Fry chops for 2 minutes, flip, and fry an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Transfer to a baking dish and top each chop with 1/4 cup of sauce, then top with cheese.

Steps:

  • Combine bread crumbs and cheese.
  • Flatten chicken breasts with flat side of knife to 1/2-inch thickness. Dip in egg then in bread crumb mixture.
