Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup loosely packed kale
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter, such as PB2
1 scoop protein powder
1 ripe banana
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Combine the almond milk, kale, powdered peanut butter, protein powder, banana and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

nectarine, slices (optional)

guava (optional)
pineapple (optional)

Steps:

  • Toss all ingredients in blender and frappe.
  • You could also add ice for a thicker, colder drink
